Tim Ryan

One of the original founding partners of Integrated Research in 1991, Tim has over 3 decades of custom test marketing and quantitative research experience.  He has consulted with many of the largest CPG firms in the world, and possesses a uniquely “integrated” background of survey and sales research experience.  Prior to IRA, he was Executive Vice President of the survey research division of Burgoyne, Inc.

Tom Schmidt
Managing Partner

Tom has over 30 years of custom in-store research experience. Prior to joining Integrated Research in 2000 Tom was VP, Client Service at Nielsen Market Decisions, and also had a stint at Bath & Body Works as their Insights lead.  Tom has responsibility for the majority of Integrated’s clients that are in the Eastern Region.

Jack Owens
Managing Partner

Jack has over 30 years of custom in-store research experience. Prior to joining Integrated Research in 2006 Jack was VP, Client Service at Nielsen Market Decisions. Jack has responsibility for the majority of Integrated’s clients that are in the Midwest Region.

Brian Poore
Vice President of Operations

Brian has been a member of the IRA team since 2000.  In addition to overseeing operations, Brian has led some of our more complex research initiatives for a wide range of clients.

Angie Kiser
Project Manager

Angie has managed a variety of behavioral and attitudinal research initiatives over the past 20 years in the market research industry.  Her in-store research experience includes Point-of-Purchase Shopper Intercepts, Post-Purchase Surveys, Shop-Alongs, Controlled Store Matched Panel Tests, Vitality Labs, and Merchandising Audits for a large client base comprised primarily of Fortune 500 CPG manufacturers.

Kathy Molony
Assistant Project Manager/Analyst

Kathy is a Senior Analyst at Integrated, leading our analytic department.  She has directed numerous projects as well as conducted statistical analyses and forecasts for Coca-Cola, Del Monte, Nestle Purina, Hershey, General Mills, Clorox and our many other Fortune 500 package goods companies. She has a great skill set that combines multi-variate statistics with hands-on project management skills to the benefit of our clients.   Kathy has been with Integrated since the company was founded, prior to which she worked at Burgoyne Market Research.

Bridget Rueter
Project Manager

Bridget started her career in market research with us over twenty years ago.  She has managed projects for a wide variety of client types, including CPG companies, restaurants, optical manufacturers, and retail stores. She’s managed projects ranging from traditional in-store test markets, to optical retailers, to on-campus vending machine tests.

Erica Pierce

Erica has over 15 years of accounting experience from a variety of industries including Marketing, Transportation, Heavy Construction and Non-profit companies.  Erica is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the company by accurately recording day to day financial transactions for all project and non-project matters.

Pam Rosenacker
Associate Project Manager

Two plus decades and counting in the research business, Pam works on all of the logistical details that keep projects moving smoothly.  Once described by the CEO as having Chutzpah, she personifies the thought that “in today’s fast paced workplace, playing the “shrinking violet” won’t get the job done”!

Jack Thompson
Project Manager

Jack has over 20 years of CPG custom research experience. In addition to his test marketing experience, Jack has worked as the lead Project Manager for IRA’s Optical Research division for 10-plus years.  Prior to joining Integrated Research Associates he was Sr. Project Manager at Nielsen.

Jackie Wagner
Director of Project Operations

Jackie is Director of Project Operations at Integrated Research with over 30 years’ experience in the market research industry handling projects for Coca-Cola, S.C. Johnson, Kraft, Del Monte and other top CPG companies .   Jackie began her career with Burgoyne, Inc. serving as a Project Manager and Sales Staff Coordinator before joining Integrated Research 5 years after its inception.

Jenny Molloy
Sr. Programmer Analyst

With over 20 years of Market Research Programming/Analytic experience, Jenny works closely with Project Directors to achieve project goals and to provide accurate, timely, informative reporting. Prior to joining Integrated, she worked for 10 plus years in the Property/Casualty Insurance field as Manager of Commercial Rate Implementation and Business Analyst for Great American Insurance.

Lesley Pildner
Project Manager/Analyst

Lesley has more than 20 years of working with companies to understand shopper behavior and consumers’ relationship to the client’s brand.  She has led projects in a diverse set of industries, including services such as Catholic Charities, retailers like A&P, and CPG manufacturers including Coca-Cola and Bolthouse Farms.  In addition to acting as project lead, she uses advanced statistics to help clients understand purchase decision drivers, factors leading to repeat purchases, segmentation and brand positioning.

Mark Lightbourne

Mark joined Integrated as a Programmer/Analyst.  In addition to his programming duties, he uses his broad IT skills administering our computers, network structure and data manipulation needs. Prior to joining our team he was an IT Manager at Queen City Metro and has over ten years of software and hardware experience.
